Waxlyrical64 Posted July 7, 2015 Report Posted July 7, 2015 I have a 2012 titanium X, 2.2d. Their were no problems previously but having been stood in the heat for a couple of days it started on the button and registered half a tank. On moving off, it bleeped zero fuel. Further down the road it flashed up 'engine malfunction' and started to misfire as if out of fuel. I returned home:- No fault diagnostic codes were recordedI reset the average fuel mpg, speed etc (as advised by the web) Car now behaving itself in terms of performance and dashboard. However a little nervous as it occasionally cannot recognise remote key, but starts on the start button. Anyone else experienced similar or know of the likely fault? Quote
gregers Posted July 7, 2015 Report Posted July 7, 2015 might be worth disconnecting your battery for a few hours to reset the ecu module?.MAKE sure you have any codes for the stereo/sat nav etc. Quote
